  What? Are you guys jealous that someone else is making wierd prophesies? Prophets? When did you see Phelps’ prophecy fulfilled? You like reading and interpreting scripture? What about Paul, and his letters to the new churches? here’s an example; Galatians 1:8–9 (NASB95)

  You guys are big on that anathema stuff. How do you like it when Mormons, by their practices and beliefs, declare themselves an enemy of the good news of the Bible? Was Jesus brought into the world by immaculate conception, or by a man, in the natural order? Because the Christ of God was sent, fortold and annointed, not begotten from any human intercourse. Someone once told me that was in the Mormon Bible because it let elders take very young women as wives, since God was vastly elder to Mary, a teenager.
  
  All that’s left for me to do is find a bigger crock to hold all these false theories and beliefs.

You do realize that Mormon doctrine is cursed by Paul the Apostle? In several instances Paul condemned the so-called ‘new’ teachings

Specifically, I refer to the Mormon version of the immaculate conception, which involves God becoming man, and impregnating the Virgin Mary. Obviously, if a male deflowers a virgin, that is not immaculate conception. Not immaculate at all. So all of Mormon, who subscribe to this vain interpretation, are anathema. Without God. At least that’s what the bible says about men who go around claiming they’re God and deflowering virgins. Ring any bells for ya?

  Richard, I have to put those scriptures into context for you. When Paul talks about “a gospel contrary to what we have preached to you”, he’s not talking about new ideas. He’s talking about Peter and James the Just and messengers from the mainstream church in Jerusalem. Go back and re-read Galatians. The whole letter is about his disagreements with Peter and Judaizers from the mainstream church. Paul had new ideas and wanted to create a new tradition where Gentiles weren’t required to follow the law of Moses (his ideas were finally accepted at the Council of Jerusalem in the year 50).
  
  So when you say Mormon doctrine is cursed by Paul in that scripture, are you comparing Mormons to the mainstream church and saying you are the splitter with new ideas?
