“After a day of wind and rain, we were getting the kids ready for bed when my husband Danny said, “Hey, the sun came out. Let’s go see if there’s a rainbow.” It was the brightest one I’ve ever seen and it was a double. I kept running down the road trying to capture it all in my camera, but you know how a rainbow moves with you… Oh well. I was able to capture a few shots before running inside to wipe the rain of my camera. By the time we grabbed jackets and coats to go have another look it was gone. We’re now inside singing Easter songs. :) ”
It’s so beautiful, what does this mean?

It’s hard not to be impressed by a rainbow… the sheer scale of it… and then to realise that its appearance is absolutely dependent on our position: the famous shape tells of our limited perspective, on the ground. If only we could see from above… :)
