I love these lines of trees: when I first saw something like this, in Oregon, it struck me as such a strange juxtaposition of the natural and the artificial. There, they were a crop, for turning into paper at the nearby mill. It’s amazing to stand between them, and feel a kind of symmetry that would never happen if it wasn’t for human beings. :)
